
This is a 4 week Stress Reduction Series for women.
When we pass through periods of stress, our nervous system needs to be reintroduced to what it feels like to be at ease. If pressures of current life / work circumstance have created gripping tension within, consider this group. The goal of this series is to help you re-experience pockets of mental, emotional and physical relaxation or ease.
Each week I will be guiding you through a scripted inner journey. This is a combination of somatic relaxation and guided suggestion meant to reduce physical, mental and emotional stress. By practicing rest in the body-heart-mind, you activate your rest and digest state. Attendees always leave with a feeling of calm.
