This stress management circle will help women LIVING IN a state of stress CULTIVATE a state of EASE. Using professionally facilitated inner experiences, you will start to relearn what relaxation feels like in your body. Groups are kept small to add comfort to the experience. After years of stress, your nervous system needs to be reintroduced to what it feels like to be at ease. Outcomes include improved sleep, reduced emotional reactivity, and access to a state of inner calm. This group training is the perfect way to end your week.

This group is for highly functional woman struggling with distraction, SCATTERED ENERGY, lack of focus/ follow through or overwhelm. Learn to re-calibrate your energy such that navigating your work and personal life can happen from a place of ease, rather than a place of stress. Together we will reflect, discuss and hold each other in an accountability circle of unconditional support.
