
This is a 4 week nourishment series for stressed women.
Have the pressures of life caused you to feel gripping tension that never seems to go away? When we pass through periods of stress, our nervous system needs to be reintroduced to what it feels like to be at ease. This goal of this series is to help you re-experience pockets of mental, emotional and physical relaxation.
Each week we cover a mind body practice that can reduce stress. As well, you will be gently guided into an inner journey that allows your body and mind to reorient to the sensation of rest. Attendees always leave with a feeling of calm.
