Compassionate Listening

We place too much emphasis on doing and not enough on being. Cultivating compassionate listening means developing an inner kind regard. 


 Holding compassionate caring space for ourselves allows healing and clarity to begin. 


In therapy, we slow down and listen within.  It is a keystone to being more comfortable in and with your life.

Life experiences can create unhealthy beliefs and thought patterns that are sticky. Without exploration, these negative patterns or shadows weigh us down and diminish 

our internal well being. 


When you are ready to start this exploration, its good to have a safe place to land and an outside perspective which can help navigate you through the process of shifting inner patterns.
