Cultivating inner compassion and kindness and clarity is work. Holding compassionate and caring space for ourselves allows healing to begin. We place too much emphasis on doing and not enough on being. Learn to slow down and listen within.  Learning to like yourself is the keystone to being more comfortable in your life.

When we enter a mature, respectful and committed group experience, it can be a wonderfully nourishing experience. People often find comfort in knowing they are not the only overwhelmed/ stressed person in the room. It seems to be a universal experience these days.

only be thoughts in the wind.
